Enter the inn, located in beautiful Southwick, MA and experience the peaceful atmosphere the moment you check in. You will not only enjoy the comfortable decor of Susan's Sanctuary, but your host Henry takes great pride in landscaping "Henry's Haven" in our one acre private yard for your pleasure.

As you enter Susan’s Sanctuary, the entry room welcomes you with a space that you can privately enjoy a cup of morning coffee, an afternoon tea, or work on your computer. A beautiful vase of flowers, chilled champagne with fluted glasses, platter of fresh fruit, selective cheeses, crackers and chocolate covered strawberries will await you (if ordered in advance). This is a blissful place to spend either alone or with someone special. Along with your 4 room private suite, all amenities included, you may choose to add one of our specially designed packages to make your stay at Susan's Sanctuary even more memorable. Cancellation Policy:
Your business is very important to us and changes in your plans are understandable. We must enforce our cancellation policy due to the intimate size of Susan's Sanctuary Bed and Breakfast. If a cancellation becomes necessary more than seven (7) days prior to your arrival, a $25.00 room charge will be assessed. For cancellations seven (7) days or less, 50% of the total room charge will be assessed. For no-shows or cancellations the day of your arrival, a 100%, one night room charge will be assessed.

Credit card number and telephone number are required to reserve your stay. Your credit card will be charged upon arrival or if a cancellation becomes necessary.

We have a friendly English Springer Spaniel named Cheyenne. Any concerns with our family pet please let us know. No pets allowed in bed & breakfast.
