The Captain Farris exceeded our expectations! We found it on line and were somewhat skeptical, and hoped it was as nice as it showed. We arrived and Nancy greeted us and showed us our room, it was immaculate, and the bed and sheets were so comfortable. (We bought a set of the sheets to bring home!) The two person jetted tub was FABULOUS, and much needed after an endless Cape Cod winter! (We live about 30 minutes away, and wish we had come here sooner). We both felt so relaxed and at ease, Nancy couldn't do enough to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We would highly recommend the Captain Farris House for a get-a-way or vacation. The breakfast was wonderful a tomato basil frittata served with fresh fruit all arranged beautifully on fine china. Be sure to book your visit soon,

We were in the process of booking our stay at the Captain Farris House for next season and thought we would write about our experience of last season's stay. We have stayed at many bed and breakfasts and this is by far our favorite. It is such a nice atmosphere. Nancy, the innkeeper is very gracious and seems to always be there when you need her but at the same time gives us our privacy. Her breakfast is delicious and something we looked forward to each morning. The rooms are very clean and so pretty without all the fluffiness you find at some places. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The captain Farris house is our favorite bed and breakfast. We stay each year in the summer and again in the fall. The breakfasts are always so fresh and delicious according to season. Our room and the entire house is always so clean. I love the lavender soaps and bath products provided. Nancy is a gracious host and is very helpful. We recommend everyone to try our favorite bed and breakfast!

Perfect is the only word for this bed and breakfast. To every last detail, the experience was flawless. Nancy, the innkeeper is a wonderful, warm and welcoming lady. Breakfast and cookies are delicious. Our bed, specifically the sheets, was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We loved the location, a short 5 minute drive to the beach and many restaurants, but the inn is located on a beautiful historic street.

Breakfast was excellent. Had a variety of current and older movies to watch and relax at night. Good restaurants within walking distances. A nice neighborhood to take a walk.

One night is not enough time to experience this beautiful bed and breakfast. Everything was great from check in to check out. We can't wait to return this summer.

My fiance and I stayed at the Captain Farris House this past August for the first time and we wished we immediately wished we had booked for more than three nights! The inn itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. All the rooms have private bathrooms, which is a huge plus (ours had a Jacuzzi bathtub!). Nancy and Michael, the innkeepers, were beyond hospitable and welcoming. We could immediately tell that they LOVE what they do! The food was incredible - from the afternoon teas and cookies - to the decadent three course breakfasts prepared each morning (all homemade by Nancy!). We cannot say enough about this B&B. We already booked our reservations for this summer (we're staying for a whole week this year...one long weekend simply wasn't enough!).

We had an amazing time at the Captain Farris Bed & Breakfast. The house is beautiful and inviting and spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was something that we looked forward to and they serve the best coffee! Plenty of parking and close to two really nice beaches and nice restaurants. We are looking forward to returning next year.
