Massachusetts Bed & Breakfast Accommodations
The main house of the Inn has a history dating back to 1798. The Cape Cod Times published an article that described the property as part of the "Underground Railroad." A trap door in the foyer of the main house leads to a small space that might have been used as a hiding place during that time.

MA Luxurious Inn Accommodations
Our little Inn offers more than bedrooms and a breakfast. It also features its own beach and dock. Swimming, boating, kajaking, you can do it right from here. For the avid fishing enthusiasts we can arrange your pick-up in the morning to go after the stripers and blues, sometimes with a detour to see whales. Stay in one of our spacious Paddock Rooms and you will be on the dock with just a few steps.

Our two Patio's facing the bay are a perfect place for breakfast or relax with your favorite book.

Lounge Area
The bright and sunny Lounges offer great views of the Bay. On a chilly night relax by the fire and share your experiences with friends.

South Orleans MA Weekend B&B
Close by are several challenging golf courses, public and private. The shops in the villages of Orleans and Chatham are minutes away. And, if you come at the right time, you can witness the cranberry harvest right next door. Indeed, the little Inn is the ideal place to rest and enjoy the Cape.

MA B&B Lodgings
The inn has a total of 9 guest bedrooms. Seven of these are bed and breakfast bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Some bedrooms have bay views, others garden view. We serve a European Continental breakfast overlooking the bay or on our garden patio. If you prefer to be your own homemaker, you and your family can stay in the charming and rustic Carriage House with two bedrooms and a full bath.

The view from our little Inn is splendid indeed. It sits on a hill offering you a beautiful vista of Pleasant Bay. From here you can easily reach all points of interest, be it Provincetown on one end of the Cape or Falmouth on the other. Your hosts at the little inn are Sandra, Pamela and Bernd. All of us have a hospitality background. Sandra and Pamela grew up restaurant and hotel business in England Bernd graduated from hotel school in Germany and attended the Culinary Institute of America. In between, our careers included corporate communications specializing in sales promotion, special events planning and execution for major corporations; owning a cruise agency, TV production and working for major airlines.
