Ideal for relaxing romantic weekend getaways, school visits or special occasions, Kenburn Orchards Bed & Breakfast located in Shelburne, MA is in an area known for its history, schools, museums, and picturesque farms. The varied landscape provides year ‘round opportunities for hiking, shopping, rafting and skiing. Few areas offer the combination of tranquil beauty and vibrant culture found in our hills and valley.
We operate a farm growing blueberries, raspberries and Christmas trees and we manage the land to enhance wildlife habitats for our guests to explore the natural beauty of the old orchards, streams, farm fields and woodlands. Enjoy scenic views from our sitting porch or gazebo, or curl up by the fireside in our comfortable sitting room.
For privacy we provide a separate entrance to the guest area. Each room is simply furnished with antiques, oriental rugs and original artwork. We share with you the comfort of our home, the vitality of our community, and the restorative powers of the nature surrounding us.

Full home-made country breakfast featuring, when possible, locally grown or produced ingredients, including home-made granola, fruit, muffins and breads and various entrees, such as raspberry clafouti, herb cheese omelets or goat cheese and smoked salmon frittata, served with crystal and candlelight. In warm weather, breakfast may also be served on the porch. We make a special effort to accommodate vegetarian, diabetic or other special diets.

We prefer guests to arrive between 3:00 and 10:00pm unless other arrangements have been made.

Check out is 11:00am on the day of your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
In the event that you are unable to keep your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. If you notify us more than 14 days ahead, we will credit your deposit toward another stay within six months of your original reservation, or we will refund one half of your deposit per room. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your intended visit, you will forfeit your entire deposit. Our policy applies to a full or partial cancellation.

We are a quiet B&B in a restful country setting, with many antiques; therefore we have limited ability to accommodate young children.

Reservations for up to three days require a deposit equal to one night's stay per room.
Reservations for four or more days require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Your reservation is only confirmed after we have received your deposit. The balance is payable on arrival.

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate guest pets. Please enjoy our small dog Scruffy. Please ask if you would like the name of a nearby boarding kennel.
