Welcome to the Cranberry Manor Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of the historic town of Sandwich, MA on Cape Cod. The experience begins as you enter the Manor into a warm cranberry colored living room with hardwood floors adorned by beautiful oriental rugs, a comfortable place to socialize, watch TV, play games or just sit and read the early morning paper with a hot cup of coffee.
This cozy room opens into a casual dining room where a full breakfast is served by the light of antique oil lamps. From here, step through French doors onto a spacious wood deck overlooking the gardens. When the weather permits, breakfast is served alfresco while you watch the many species of birds visiting the feeders in the yard.
Walk down the steps onto a stone path that leads through the garden to the gazebo. The screened gazebo creates a perfect setting for a quiet afternoon of reading or just enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

Cancellations must be made by phone directly with the innkeeper. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Deposit Refund: Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, less the $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be refunded if the room is rented, less $25.00 cancellation fee.
