Enjoy the casual comfort of a small inn with all the amenities of much larger hotel at the Addison Choate Inn in Rockport, MA. Stroll to beaches and town center or relax on our awning shaded veranda. The Addison Choate Inn is an elegant late Greek Revival house and has served as a bed and breakfast inn in Rockport, Massachusetts for more than 40 years. Each guest room has its own motif and character with private baths, king, and queen, or twin beds and full amenities. If you appreciate the best of traditional decor without compromising your comfort, you will feel totally at home in the Addison Choate.
Breakfast is served in our fire placed dining room during the cool seasons and on our awning shaded veranda in the warm weather. Enjoy home-made baked goods and granola, fresh fruits and freshly ground coffee each morning. Guests may relax with a book in the library or sip a cup of herbal tea in front of a roaring fire in the living room. |

Rooms are available after 3 p.m. and check-in before 9 p.m.is requested. |
Check Out Policy: |
Check out is at 11 a.m. There is a two night minimum stay on weekends in season and a three night minimum at holidays. |
Cancellation Policy: |
There is a $25 fee for all cancellations. |

Children are welcome at either of the cottage units, and with limited availabilty in the inn. If you are staying at the inn, please contact the inn directly to discuss arrangements. |

A one night guarantee is required and is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 10 days in advance. |
Pets Welcome |
Reservations for pets need to be arranged by calling the inn. However, our basic policy allows pets up to 40 pounds with accomdations in the cottage, and on a limited basis in the inn. If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, we can discuss a waiver. Please make sure your pet is on its best behavior--we don't want to charge you extra for housekeeping or repairs! |

The innkeepers are very helpful,and they are very nice people. The inn is clean and the decor is deliteful.We had home bake muffins and fresh fruit from the breakfast buffet.It was the excellant.We are looking forward to the next time.
