CHECK-IN TIME is any time after 2:00 P.M. If your arrival time will be past 8:00 p.m. , please notify us. |
Check Out Policy: |
CHECK-OUT TIME- by 11:00 a.m. All keys must be returned to the Front Desk. Late check outs are not permitted. An additional $100 will be billed to your account if you check out past 11am. |
Cancellation Policy: |
Deposits will be refunded, if we receive at least two weeks notice prior to scheduled arrival date, or if we are able to re-rent the accommodations. |
Deposit Policy: |
*We have a two night minimum stay on weekends. To make a reservation, we require the first night of each reservation as a deposit on a credit card. Payment of balance is due upon check in. We do not accept personal checks. Any additional charges will be due at check out. In addition, if for any reason, you choose to depart early, you understand that the Quarter Deck Inn by the Sea will not refund payment for your reservation. |

No pets are allowed. A fee of $250 per day will be billed to the account of anyone who has a pet in their room. |

The Quarter Deck Inn by the Sea is completely NON-SMOKING. There is to be no open flames (i.e. candles) or smoking in the rooms or on the balconies. A cleaning fee of up to $250.00 will be billed to the account of anyone who violates this policy. |
