Deposits are refundable, less a $25 processing fee, with notification of at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival date are refunded in credit only toward another stay, within one year based upon availability, if and only if the room is resold |
Deposit Policy: |
All confirmations are subject to our receipt of your deposit, which will be applied to the last night(s) of your reservation. A two-night deposit is required for short stays; and a three-night deposit is required on Holiday weekends and weekends in August, a 50% deposit is required for stays of 5 nights or more. |
