Come stay in this 295 square foot 3 rd floor hideaway with Provincetown’s most romantic Jacuzzi tub. A relaxed, homey, nautically-influenced guest room with today’s luxuries and of course the Somerset sass. A separate dressing alcove gives you a place to hang and store your clothing and boasts plenty of space for all the pretty things you pick up in Provincetown. The bedroom draws you in and is the perfect place to watch the breathtaking view of the Bay and for the romantic in you, a fireplace that sets the mood. Oversize skylight and window give you some of the best views in town. Your individually controlled a/c keeps you cool all summer long. A unique bathroom, all white walls and tile facing the blue glass Jacuzzi tub alcove with still more fabulous views including the Pilgrim Monument. Comfortable, romantic and views for days; you may never leave!

Room 6
One of our signature guestrooms, this 3rd floor room with Provincetown’s only “sexy shower”, is very hip, very streamlined, very hot. Walk into a sitting room with a tranquil view of town, sit and surf the web with high speed internet access all from your very own guestroom. The bedroom is colorful, modern and unpretentious. Specially crafted for the Somerset House Inn are a built-in bed and nightstands along with the closet, creating a clean, seamless effect. Everything is built in, including the fireplace. Just flip a switch and feel the fire. Warm yourself up or create a mood. And that bathroom….glass wall with glass door opening up to a rainforest inspired wet room with a huge skylight. The bathroom features Phillipe Stark designed fixtures. Nobody--and I mean nobody--in town has anything close to this. This room is loaded including individually controlled a/c.

Room 8
Who ever said size doesn’t matter apparently has never seen our biggest guest room, at 320 square feet. The spacious bedroom with adjoining sun room creates a gorgeous Bay view and a front row seat to the parade on Commercial Street. The bedroom has a king size bed and beautiful new, contemporary furniture pieces. Tastefully appointed, the bedroom is fabulous on its own but then French doors open onto the sun room where the views are unsurpassed. The sun room is great for napping, socializing, entertaining, people watching, or just sitting back and catching some bay views and breezes. The sitting room has several chairs so invite a few friends over on a hot afternoon and stay cool with the noiseless A.C. The room has a private bath with tub-shower.

Room 4
Guestroom 4 is fantastic featuring restored hardwood floors and many new furniture pieces. This room is large at 225 square feet and is located on the second floor with a spectacular view of Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy the view from your queen size bed or from the sitting area. The sitting area features a plush chaise lounge (a/k/a a fainting couch for you drama majors), leather chair, and a table for your beverages, individually controlled a/c plus one of our phenomenal new built-in fireplaces. A private bath with tub-shower included. Book it now, regret never. This is our best selling room.

Room 1
This guestroom boasts a unique safari theme and measures a spacious 210 square feet. Located on the second floor, this guestroom has a spectacular view of Cape Cod Bay and remains one of our most requested rooms. And no wonder…it’s got a fabulous new fireplace in a custom built-in wall unit plus a new queen size bed and several new safari-inspired furniture pieces. Of course, a private bath is included as well as individually controlled a/c.

Room 3
Talk to me about cozy. This guestroom makes you feel all warm and tingly inside. At 188 square feet, located on the second floor you have a queen size bed and several other beautiful furnishings. A private bathroom, with a tub-shower, in room refrigerator, flat screen television with DVD, individually controlled a/c and our personal touches make this room popular any time of year.

Room 9
Both classic and contemporary, this bright, sunny and spacious 220 square foot room is located on the first floor and sports a very “Room & Board” feel. Restored hard wood floors with a queen size bed and several new clean, contemporary furniture pieces add to your comfort as do the noiseless A/C, high speed internet access, cable TV with built-in VCR/DVD and a reading chair. A large new bathroom with tub-shower is included.

Room 12
Classic living best describes this room. A large room, 200 square feet, with a queen steel frame canopy bed topped with silver leaf details and a mirrored antique dresser chest with marble top. Warm and vibrant afternoon sun shines through the stained glass bordered windows with silver leaf detailing in the window frame. A private bath includes a tub-shower.

Room 11
You won’t want to say “sayonara” to this second floor Asian-inspired room. This room, which feels larger than its 190 square feet, is bright and sunny with a queen size bed and complementary Asian-themed pieces. Flat screen television, DVD and individually controlled a/c are part of the amenities package we offer. A private bathroom with shower stall is included.
