Immensely popular for 30 years, Gabriel's at The Ashbrooke Inn Bed & Breakfast continues to live up to its sterling reputation. Gabriel’s is made up of 4 historic buildings in the heart of Provincetown. We are located in the center of town at the base of the Pilgrim Monument bordering Bas Relief Park. Our courtyard is comprised of multi-tiered decks, fountains, gardens, bar-b-queue areas, paths to the park, outdoor fire pit, and illuminated trees at nightfall.
Features include in-room fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs with steam showers, Wi-Fi internet access, free DVD/CD library, tempurpedic mattresses, and skylights. Each morning Gabriel's offers a lovely buffet breakfast in the great room. An awning of leaves blankets the sundeck which bridges the buildings to one another. Gabriel's at The Ashbrooke Inn welcomes everyone including children and pets. In back, there is a huge sun-drenched garden courtyard with some of the very best views of the Pilgrims Monument in town. |

Fantastic location, love the hot breakfast in the morning, WiFi access, love hanging out in the Great Room with my friends and other guests.
I loved the Great Room so much I think I'm going to sleep on the couch so I'm the first one inline for breakfast.
And of course the best thing are the pups, Potter and Pippin!

We love Gabriel's and would not think of anywhere we would rather stay in Provincetown. It is a must if you enjoy a beautiful room and a very delicious breakfast every morning. Gabriel's is a treasure.

Something to Bark About in Provincetown!
This spring my husband, our bulldog Ziggy & I spent a wonderful weekend at Gabriel’s. Our room was beautiful, complete with French doors opening to a beautifully landscaped garden, a wonderful tempurpedic bed, a Jacuzzi, and delicious breakfasts. We felt so welcomed by the Elizabeths. As did, Ziggy – a very pet friendly lodging indeed. The location could not be better; convenient walking to Commercial Street and all that Provincetown has to offer. We are looking forward to a return visit some time in the fall to this wonderful establishment. Do not miss this stay if you are visiting Provincetown!

My daughter and I were visiting friends for a few days. We chose Gabriel's primarily because it looked to be the best option for children. We were so delighted with every aspect of our stay. The owners (both Elizabeths!) were warm and gracious and made sure that every need was met. Our room was absolutely adorable and had every amenity that we could have needed. The staff is lovely; each one of them smiling and helpful. We woke up every morning to a lovely breakfast in their greatroom and looked forward to the afternoon cookies that were always waiting for us. The whole effect is charming, easy, and comfortable, and the location is superb- central and yet quiet. We are looking forward to next year! The ONLY negative is that the bathroom products were not replenished during our stay. Perhaps that was a bit of Yankee frugality!

We had the best experience at Gabriel's. We arrived earlier than check in and our room was already available and ready. It was a beautiful room and spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and so peaceful. The owners were the nicest people and helped us with everything we needed. It was great and we will return.

Liz says: This was my very first time and I loved it! Very friendly; welcomed right at the beginning; ; the rooms are very comfortable; beautiful gardens; wonderful closet space; clean bathrooms; location is perfect as it is only about a block away from the activity of the town and yet it is still quiet; favorite part is coming downstairs for the breakfast that is offered in the morning. Everyone sits around a large table and you get to mix with everyone from around the USA. The guests are diversified; pet friendly. Best: every amenity imaginable from the refrigerator to the shower; Least: Having to drive away and go home!
Rhonnie says: I have been enjoying the hospitality of Gabriel's for 4 years now. This was the first time I took Liz (above) to P town. Every time I stayed there it is better than the first time and your hospitality reflects from you to your guests. The people I have met there through the years we even make time once a year to meet at P town and at Gabriel's so which as formed a tight family connection. In my opinion there is no place comparable to Gabriel's. Because of the two Elizabeths and their son, Chris, making me feel as though part of their family we look forward to going back for many years to come.

We just returned from a really wonderful stay at Gabriel's. The buildings are well kept and tasteful, not overly country or modern in decorating style. The courtyard is beautiful. The breakfast is generous. They were friendly with our young son, but we didn't feel like we were staying at Disneyland- it was still an adult environment. The inn is big enough so you don't feel claustrophobic, which has happened to us at smaller places. The management was present, but not overly involved. We stayed in Willow- which was big, well decorated, had a small kitchenette, and a gorgeous jacuzzi tub/shower. Lastly, the inn could not be in a better location- very close to Commercial Street, but not right in the middle of the noise. We hope to come back very soon!

My wife and I loved Gabriel's and look forward to returning to PTown primarily because of our experience at Gabriels. The B&B is inviting, cozy and very clean. Hostesses Elizabeth and Elizabeth are meticulous in their care of each and every guest and the staff was top notch. Breakfast each morning is an event to look forward to and if you like warm homemade cookies, look no further. Did I mention we chose to get married in the outdoor garden because of it's beauty and intimacy? Sandy and Lisa Griffin

This was our first stay at Gabriel's and the service and accomodations far exceeded our expectations. Our lovely hosts Elizabeth and Elizabeth surprised us and upgraded our room upon arrival as well as generously provided champagne on ice for our anniversary! The suite included a magnificient bathroom, heavenly bed, romantic fireplace and elegant furnishings. Our room was bright and sunny, clean and private. The courtyard gardens are welcoming and relaxing with perfect night lighting. The pride of ownership at Grabriel's is evident and I thank them for opening their hearts and home to us. The history of Gabriel's is most interesting and makes us proud to be guests. We will be back!
