2 p.m. - 7 p.m. If you are arriving after 6 p.m. please call to advise us of your arrival time. If it likely that you will not arrive until after 7 p.m. we have a late check-in procedure which we will explain to you when you call or email.

Our cancellation policy requires 21 days notice prior to your scheduled date of arrival. If you cancel with less notice, a refund will be issued only for the nights that we are able to rebook your room(s). Cancellations within 48 hours of your stay would put the total amount due at jeopardy unless we are able to rebook your room. Cancellations may not be made via email; they must be made by telephone during regular office hours. A $50 cancellation fee plus tax applies to all deposit refunds.

If your reservation is accepted, a 50% deposit will be taken from your credit card. In the case of single night reservations, the entire balance will be charged to your credit card as a deposit. Deposits for holiday and special event dates are considered non-refundable.
