As is common in resort locations, there are no refunds for shortened stays. A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed for all cancellations 21 days prior to the date of arrival. |

There is no smoking allowed in any of the rooms. You are allowed to smoke outdoors and on balconies. Any guest violating the non-smoking policy will be billed an additional $500 per night for clean up costs to the room. |
