Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or shortened stays will require at least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. As is common in resort locations, there are no refunds for shortened stays. A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed for all cancellations 21 days prior to the date of arrival.

No Pets Allowed
Sorry, we can not allow pets of any kind at the Inn. There are excellent boarding kennels in the area we can recommend.
Smoking: Outside
There is no smoking allowed in any of the rooms. You are allowed to smoke outdoors and on balconies. Any guest violating the non-smoking policy will be billed an additional $500 per night for clean up costs to the room.
