Wake to a complimentary Epicure-Style Breakfast -- served daily in our Nantucket hotel's cheery downstairs breakfast room, or outside on the back patio on warm summer days. Savor a delicious selection of fresh seasonal fruit, artisan cheeses, fresh-baked pastries and breads, bagels, organic yogurt, homemade granola, juices, coffee and a variety of teas. Hot entrees, such as gourmet frittatas, quiches, stuffed French toast, and other house specialties, also are available.

Policies
Check In Policy:
Check-in time is 3 pm. If you should arrive earlier, we will make every effort to accommodate you when possible. We will gladly store your luggage until check-in time.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out time is 11 am.
Cancellation Policy:
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive 14 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival for a refund of your deposit, less a 10% fee per room. If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 14 days, regardless of the reason, you are financially responsible for the reservation, unless we can re-book your room. However, you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

Deposit Policy:
A deposit equal to the first 3 nights lodging, or 50% of any stay longer than 6 nights, is required to confirm reservations. The balance is due on arrival.
