Nestled in Lenox, The Rookwood Inn is in the heart of the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts. Here you'll discover a comfortable Victorian Inn where attention is paid to detail and gracious hospitality is our way of life. Step onto our front porch, sit for a while in a comfortable wicker chair and enjoy the garden or view the sunset over the Berkshire Hills. A full buffet breakfast with home-made baked goods is served in our dining room either at individual tables or communally at an antique farm table.
During summer guests often bring their breakfast outside to the veranda and enjoy a delicious, healthy meal overlooking the gardens. Afternoon refreshment time provides an opportunity for conversation and relaxation while enjoying a seasonal beverage and baked goods.
Our unique location is peaceful and secluded, yet only a block from the town center and about a mile to Tanglewood. Lenox and the Berkshires offer an abundance of activities throughout the year. The Rookwood Inn serves a full buffet style breakfast each morning. The chef prepares one hot entree which is always healthy and delicious. In addition you will find: a fruit course, cereals (hot & cold), hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt and some type of bread product. We have a very large juice selection, coffee and teas.

Cancellation Policy: |
We require a full month's notice for cancellations. Deposits will be refunded less a 10% processing charge. With less notice (including late arrival or early departure), the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation. We will refund 90% of whatever gets rebooked. |

Deposit Policy: |
For a one night reservation or a reservation made within the one month cancellation period, payment in full is expected at the time of reservation. For reservations exceeding one night, a 50% deposit is expected. |
Pets Welcome |
We are happy to accept small dogs in our first floor rooms. There is an additional fee of $25 per night for each dog. Pets are not permitted in the public rooms of the inn or any other guest rooms. |

We have two dogs and a cat who are confined to the owners' quarters. Desi, the cat, does roam outdoors in warm weather and may sometimes be found lounging on the front porch. |
