The inn’s location in Lenox makes it the perfect spot for visiting Tanglewood, Edith Wharton’s Estate, Shakespeare & Company, Jacob’s Pillow and the Norman Rockwell Museum.

Guests can choose a variety of accommodations between the Manor House, a gilded age mansion with twelve antique filled guest chambers, The Carriage House, located just to the right of the Manor House Mansion which offers seven additional guest rooms and suites or the Terrace Country Motel which offers 15 light filled rooms. All guests may take advantage of the beautifully decorated public rooms of the Manor House.

Check In Policy:
Guests may check in at 3:00 pm. Guests may call in to see if room is available earlier.
Check Out Policy:
Guest check out time is 11:00am. Late check out is at 12:00 noon.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests may cancel for any reason 2 weeks prior to their booking. There will be a $25.00 fee for this. If guests cancel after that time, their deposit of 50% will not be refundable.

We are a family friendly inn. Children of all ages are welcome.

We do not have childcare available, however we will work with you to try and find a babysitter from the nearby town.

A deposit of 1/2 is placed on the day of booking the room.

Small pets are allowed in specific rooms of the Terrace Country Motel. They are not allowed in any of our other buildings.
