Welcome the Apple Tree Inn Bed and Breakfast in Lenox, MA, a twenty-two acre hilltop estate in the Berkshire Mountains of western Massachusetts. Its location across the road from Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, makes it especially attractive to music lovers. The inn has a heated pool that’s open from Memorial Day to Labor Day Weekend, and has the best view of the Berkshires. Also there are clay tennis courts for guests only and there are several trails that are suitable for short walks. In addition there is a lovely restaurant with a range of treats for you to enjoy open Thursday through Saturday nights from June 26th through August 28th.

The circular dining room affords year round panoramic views of the mountains and exceptional seasonal views. We have a variety of rooms to offer depending on your accommodation requests, in order to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Suites are fully furnished and include living rooms and lodge rooms and the main house rooms are beautifully decorated and all have private bathrooms.

A minimum 30 days notice prior to your arrival date is needed to refund your deposit, less a $25 administration charge. We regret that we cannot make refunds on reservations canceled within 30 days of the arrival date, even in the event of medical or other emergencies. Guests who shorten their stay will be responsible for the total cost of the original reservation.

Deposit Policy:
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required for a stay of two or more nights. A 100% deposit is required for one-night stays. For reservations made less than two weeks in advance, rooms will be held only if this deposit is paid by credit card at the time of the reservation or outside of two weeks by check. Deposits on reservations made a month or more in advance must be paid by check. The balance at checkout may be paid by cash, check or credit card.
