We invite you to be our guest for wine-tasting and apple-picking (in season) at Furnace Brook Winery at Hilltop Orchards in neighboring Richmond. Our farm’s 200 pastoral acres epitomize the open space that beautifies the Berkshires. Our Chef prepares complimentary cooked-to-order breakfasts and our massage therapist pampers you in the privacy of the spa treatment room. Any time after 2:00 pm and before 10:00 pm. After 10:00 pm special arrangements must be made with the Innkeeper. Please call.

Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the total room charge, should you cancel your reservation at any time. However, if you cancel within the two week period prior to your arrival, the fee is 100%, unless we can rent your room.

Please acll as it varies depending on the season. Generally a one night deposit is required off-season and 3 night deposit in season.
