The Jonathan Foote 1778 House Bed & Breakfast Inn is located in the quaint city of Lee, Massachusetts. Conveniently located, the inn is near Stockbridge and Lenox and is central to all Berkshire activities. Lee has an interesting mix of restaurants and shops, and for serious shoppers the Prime Outlets are just two minutes away.
Old stonewalls, gardens, and a welcoming Georgian farmhouse provide a tranquil country setting. Canopies of ancient maples shade the B&B in the summer and provide a brilliant color show in the fall. The house, which has remained in the same family for over 200 years, still retains many of its original architectural features and is comfortably furnished with antiques and art. A huge stone hearth complete with a beehive oven welcomes you to the Great Room. Relax by the fire, browse our library or chat with a new friend. Stroll the gardens or sit on the lawn under a tree and daydream. In the afternoon enjoy a good read on our porch while indulging in a home baked delicacy. A bountiful homemade breakfast, with fine china and linens is served in our parlor by candlelight or weather permitting, on our covered porch.
