The Federal House Inn is a beautifully restored historic 1824 Bed & Breakfast that is ideally located in the beautiful Berkshires of South Lee, MA. Join us for a gourmet breakfast in our dining room each morning as you prepare for a relaxing day at the Inn or adventure out to many of the Berkshire attractions only minutes away. The inn is convenient to many Berkshire attractions such as Tanglewood, The Norman Rockwell Museum, Naumkeag, Jacob’s Pillow, Shakespeare & Co., The Berkshires Theatre Festival and much more. The Federal House Inn B&B, in South Lee Massachusetts is ideally located at the base of Beartown Mountain State Forest near numerous hiking trails and other outdoor activities, just one mile from Stockbridge MA.

Cancellation Policy:
|

Guests who check out before the last day of the reservation will be required to pay for the days reserved in full. We realize that situations may arise necessitating cancellation within the 21 day limit, and we do sympathize, however we must maintain our business policy due to limited season and high accommodation demands. A partial refund may be possible only if we are able to re-book the room(s). We must have a deposit on all rooms in order to guarantee the reservation.

100% deposit is required for one-night stays. A 50% deposit is required for two nights or longer stays. Deposits will be refunded only if notice is received by our office no less than 21 days prior to the intended date of arrival. A refund service charge of $25.00 per room will be deducted from the deposit.. Guests who check out before the last day of the reservation will be required to pay for the days reserved in full.
