Welcome to the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn, on the scenic Hyannis Waterfront. This Cape Cod bed & breakfast inn consists of eighteen mini-suites and our honeymoon unit - the Harbor Suite. The Inn is just 2 hours from Boston, One and a half hours away from Providence, RI. All the suites have completely equipped separate kitchen facilities
The inn is ideally located to all of what Hyannis has to offer; having a car is not necessary. Many of our guests arrive by plane or bus (we are only two blocks from the bus station and we will be pleased to pick you up) and find that everything that they need is within walking distance.

Ken, Rob and all others were so nice & welcoming to us - we really liked staying at the Harbor House Inn. The B&B made our trip to Cape Cod a very nice & warmth experience.

This is our second time staying with Ken at the Harbor House Inn. We love the location and because we stayed there last year they upgraded our room to a queen size. Also, they allow us to bring our pug and welcome her whole heartedly.
And, they have wonderful coffee with the continental breakfast!
Our family, including our little dog Sophie, enjoyed a smile-filled 3-day stay at the Harbor House Inn. Perfect size and setting for us. We loved the quaint patio and the peaceful view of the harbor. My boys especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning!
