Lanes Cove House is a nicely detailed cozy and comfortable Victorian Inn overlooking picturesque Lanes Cove in Lanesville, one of Gloucester, MA’s most charming villages. Walk ten minutes to our small village beach. Just remember to return in time to watch the spectacular sunsets from the deck, while enjoying tea and cookies, or your own wine.

The deposit is refunded, minus a $10 administrative charge, if the stay is canceled more than 2 weeks before the reserved check-in date. Within the 2-week period the deposit is non-refundable unless the rooms are rebooked for the entire reserved period.

A 1-night deposit is required for stays of 2 or 3 nights, and one-third of the total fee is required for longer stays. We accept most credit cards, money orders and travelers checks. Personal checks are acceptable if sent in time to clear before guests' arrival.
