Great B&B. The room was lovely and very comfy. Lorraine was a great host, lovely food and lots of help on things to do and places to eat. A great location on the cape, would highly recommend and will return if I get a chance.

Room was large, clean, well-kept. House and neighborhood was quiet and close to the activities that we did. Lorraine was very helpful with her recommendations on which beach, restaurants, and clams.

Lorraine provides a great deal of information on the area including a preferred resturant list. Her breakfast is listed as a continental but that is a vast understatement. The home is clean with no musty smells, fresh and spotless. And the hammock in the yard is so relaxing!

Night Heron Cottage is clean, comfortable, and cozy. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with beaches, shops, and other attractions nearby. All rooms are well appointed ~ even beach towels are supplied. Lorraine is a friendly and knowledgeable host who makes us feel welcome the minute we step inside. She greets guests with refreshments, home made biscotti, and good conversation. Breakfast offers a wonderful array of seasonal fruits and juice, freshly baked coffee cake or bread, assorted cereals, and more. Night Heron Cottage is brimming with Cape Cod charm and we're eagerly looking forward to our next visit!

Lorraine & Mary are the best. We will keep coming back year after year. The price is reasonable, the location is great, the breakfasts are yummy & their hospitality is phenomenal. I hope try each of the Night Heron and Night Heron Cottage's rooms and come up with a favorite...so far it's the purple room!

What a great Cape Cod B&B! The Night Heron is ideally located in Eastham near ponds, beautiful beaches, the bike trail, drive-in movie theatre and numerous restaurants. We loved the breakfasts of home made baked goods, fruit, cereals and company of the hosts Mary and Lorraine.
The rooms were perfect for a Cape Cod stay and had everything that we needed, as well as the house being located on a quiet street that allowed us to relax in the screened porch; we could read & watch the beautiful birds passing by to eat at the bird feeders.
We used the in room mini fridge to store beverages, and locally bought treats, and took advantage of the beach chairs & towels.
Everything was perfect!
We hope to return again this season!
