Nestled in the outer cape town of Eastham, the cozy Night Heron Cottage Bed and Breakfast offers the perfect location for your Cape Cod stay. We now have two locations, the Night Heron and the Cottage. The Cottage offers comfortable rooms, the Lavender Rose (queen bed), Driftwood (queen bed) and Green Tea (king bed).

Each room is complete with its own bathroom, sitting area, and ceiling fan. The Night Heron has the Bayberry Room (king bed) and or suite (queen bed) with a bathroom between. Whether you’re into birding or wildflowers, bike riding or grabbing a wave, exploring marshes or historic sites, or simply enjoying some of the most beautiful beaches and sunsets in the world, the Night Heron will make your Cape Cod stay a relaxing adventure.

In the morning's we serve a generous continental breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, yougart, granola, freshly baked goods, coffee, tea, and juice.

Check In Policy:
Arrival 2PM or later. Off season, arrival can be earlier, please call.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out is at 11AM.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 20 days prior to arrival, only a $25. fee. If less than 20 days, no refund unless the room is rebooked. If rebooked a $25 fee is still applied.
Children: Not Suitable For Children
Only adults at the Cottage, young adults 15 an older welcomed. Children, any age, are welcomed at Night Heron where a suite is available.
Childcare: No
Deposit Policy:
3 days or less, payment made in full. Greater than 3 days, 50% down, balance on arrival.
No Pets Allowed
Pets Living At Inn:
One cat is at the Night Heron, and avoids humans. There are no pets at the Cottage.
Smoking: Limited
Smoking is allowed outside in the screened porch or in the yard. No smoking inside any building.
