Cancellation Policy: |
There is a $20 per room processing fee for any cancellation or shortening of a reservation. If you cancel or shorten your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit (less the processing fee) will be refunded. Otherwise, your deposit will be refunded only to the extent that we re-rent the room(s).

Deposit Policy: |
At the time of reservation, we request full payment for stays of two nights or less and 50% payment for longer stays. This payment guarantees your reservation and assures us that the accommodation is sold as reserved. Payment is applied to the last nights of the reserved stay and the 50% balance is due upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards.
