Constructed in 1907 by a wealthy tobacco merchant, the house was given to his daughter as a wedding gift. Cancellation Policy: |
A notice to the Bertram Inn of at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival is required in order to avoid a penalty. Our Inn features 14 luxury, tastefully decorated rooms. Due to our limited number of guest rooms, your accommodation is guaranteed at the time of reservation by charging your credit card a deposit equivalent to the first night stay (including tax). You may cancel your reservation with penalty resulting in a $20 booking fee which will be applied for reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to your arrival. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible. The fee for a late cancellation is the room cost for any nights that we are unable to resell. |

Pets Welcome |
Pets of all kinds may stay at the inn after paying a $25 pet allowance the following restrictions. Pets may not be left unattended and uncrated in the room. Any damage to the room or extra cleaning required (i.e. dry cleaning or carpet cleaning) will be charged to the guest. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be assessed if we are unable to rent your room following your departure. We require a cell phone contact number and we reserve the right to request that guests with disruptive pets find other accommodations. There is no size restriction for pets. However, certain rooms will not accommodate a large pet. |
