Built in 1886, as a private residence, The Samuel Sewall Inn boasts beautiful Victorian accommodations, in a restored Queen-Anne home, with luxurious amenities, friendly service, and modern conveniences. Cancellation Policy:
A notice to The Samuel Sewall Inn of at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival is required in order to avoid a penalty. Our Inn features 14 luxury, tastefully decorated rooms. Due to our limited number of guest rooms, your accommodation is guaranteed at the time of reservation by charging your credit card a deposit equivalent to the first night stay (including tax). You may cancel your reservation with penalty resulting in a $20 booking fee which will be applied for reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to your arrival. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible. The fee for a late cancellation is the room cost for any nights that we are unable to resell.
