Northtower
Is the largest of our suites overlooking the river with a terrific view of the Charles. It has an offset sleeping area with a large closet and an antique dresser, a very large living area with a daybed that converts to 2 single beds, and 2 deep arm chairs, and a dining table in front of the corner fireplace. It has a large black and white tiled bathroom with a glass enclosed shower and a deep tub.

Aerie
Is a charming suite with beautiful stained glass light fixtures, an offset bedroom area with antique bed and dresser, 3 large chairs in the sitting area, a fireplace, and recessed kitchen. It has a dramatic burgundy bathroom with separate tub and shower. Located on the 4th floor.

Victoria
is a charming romantic room with a crystal chandelier, custom made silk lampshades, a loveseat facing the fireplace, and two original artist murals in the room. The sleeping alcove has a white iron and brass queen bed and a large closet and built in drawers. There are also 2 comfortable chairs with ottomans by the large bow windows. Victoria’s has a pale gold marble bath with black inserts and has a separate tub and shower.

Riverview
is decorated in an Arts & Crafts Period style with a queen sized Mission bed, a large cherry dining table in front of the fireplace, and offset kitchen/dressing area. It has 3 windows facing the river with 2 comfortable armchairs and a large ottoman and features stained glass overhead lights and sconces and mica lampshades on either side of the bed. It has a large marble bathroom with a large glass enclosed shower and a deep tub.

Whether or not the sun is out, you'll rise and shine in Morningside, our spacious, light-filled sencond floor suite facing Beacon Street.

Tuscany
is decorated in a rustic Italian theme and has a queen sized sleigh bed, a fireplace, sitting area, an offset kitchen and dressing area, and a beautiful large marble bathroom with custom decorated facilities, a large glass enclosed shower and a deep tub.

Sanctuary
The larger of the downstairs accommodations. It’s decorated with a Gothic theme and has a large sitting area, a full kitchen, a parlor stove, and an offset sleeping nook with a queen size custom made bed and an original door mural of a medieval garden scene. Sanctuary is the only unit with a queen and single bed as a standard feature, and is the only unit with cooking facilities. It has a tiled bath with a tub/ shower combination.
