Check In Policy:
Rooms typically are ready by 3 PM. If you would like to check in earlier than 3, we are happy to welcome you, check you in, store your bags, and give you any information you need so that you can go out and enjoy your day while housekeeping finishes preparing your room for your arrival.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out time is 11AM. We appreciate your cooperation in observing the 11am check-out time so that we may service the house for our newly arriving guests.
Cancellation Policy:
Your credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. For reservations cancelled more than 14 days from the arrival date, there is a $35 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for 50% of the booking. For cancellations within 48 hours, guests are responsible for the full booking amount. Early departures are considered cancellations of nights reserved. Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via email or snail mail to Clarendon Square.
Children: Children Welcome
Yes. Children are allowed provided their parents are well behaved. A playpen/crib is available if needed.
Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.
No Pets Allowed
No. We are unable to accommodate pets.
