Welcome to Cape Cod’s Lamb and Lion Inn Bed & Breakfast, an award-winning B&B with the spirit of a small luxury hotel.
Located in Barnstable, MA, the original section of the Lamb and Lion Inn Bed and Breakfast was built as a private home in 1740. It features eleven fireplaces, a full-sized heated pool, and outdoor hot tub spa and fireplace suites. The seemingly unending hallways that wrap around our cozy courtyard are painted in murals of clouds and summer landscape, and the dozens of glass sliding doors help to give this classic New England inn a very open-air feel.
Each room and suite has top-of-the-line bedding, sitting areas, private in-room baths, complimentary wireless Internet, cable TV, telephones, and top-notch linens, towels, and bath amenities. Most rooms have a fireplace and/or kitchenette.
Remember – it’s your getaway. Your hosts are professionals in the service industry and know how important your time away is. Vacations are few and far between. We guarantee that everything possible will be done to help make your visit to Cape Cod as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We even provide each guest with self-guided driving tours to get them off the beaten path and check out all of the Cape's hidden jewels!

Breakfast is put out between 8am and 10:00am. Guests can eat when they want and where they want (including pool-side or in bed!). Guests can choose from a changing menu of 'specials' as well for a nominal fee.

Cancellation Policy: |
If you cancel MORE that 14 days prior to your arrival we will refund your deposit, less a 10% service charge.
If you cancel WITHIN 14 days of your arrival we will refund your deposit, less the 10% service charge, only when you room has been re-booked for all of the dates you are responsible for.

The pool was fantastic, the room was clean and very large. It was a great experience mostly beacause we had lots of privacy...unlike any B&B we've been to before. We won't go anywhere else on the Cape!
