Welcome to the Jacob Rohrbach Inn, built around 1800, located in the heart of historic Sharpsburg, Maryland and surrounded by the Antietam Battlefield.
While best known for the Battle of Antietam, Sharpsburg also borders the C&O Canal National Park. Harpers Ferry is just 12 scenic miles from Sharpsburg down the old "John Brown" Road. We have many fine restaurants and inviting shops in the area. Shepherdstown, West Virginia, home of Shepherd College is just across the river.- 2 night minimum stay for July weekends, Holidays and special events
Within an hour's drive, scenic country roads lead you to Gettysburg, Berkeley Springs, Skyline Drive and the Shenandoah National Park.

Please note that in the event that your plans change, cancellation must be received 5 days in advance of your scheduled day of arrival or you will be charged for one night's stay if we can't rebook the room. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance, or do not arrive for your reservation as scheduled, you are subject to charge for the entire stay booked. Cancellations MUST be made by telephone conversation with the Innkeepers, answering machine messages and email are not acceptable. A service charge of $25 per room will be made for all cancellations.
