With our close proximity to Eastern Neck Wildlife Refuge (designated as an area of global importance) and our own nestings and sightings, Inn at Huntingfield Creek is a birdwatcher's paradise. Other popular activities are bicycling and kayaking as the roads are flat and the waterways varied.

Nothing is nicer than a cool dip after a busy day exploring our wonderful county. Alot of our guests start their day with a swim as well. Later on, head on down to our dock for one of the most memorable sunsets you could imagine before heading to dinner at any number of good restaurants in our area (many only a couple minutes away).

The Sassafras is pleasantly sized and well-furnished with lively colors and an exposed beam ceiling. The room faces east over the front lawns and west, towards the fields. Curl up with a good book in our comfortable reading chairs. Comfy king bed and large bathroom with shower.

The Chester Chase is spacious, comfortable and also features an exposed beam ceiling. Views are perfect for sunrise and sunset. Restful cream tones and plaid compliment the lovely furnishings.. King bed and large bath with shower/tub make this room a versatile choice.

This delightful and sunny room, with vaulted ceiling and skylights, sports a hunt theme in the bedroom and dramatic cabbage/rose design in the black and white bathroom with shower. A charming window seat- reading nook overlooks the front lawn. Our plush king bed invites a good night's sleep. Huntingfield is large enough to comfortably accommodate an extra bed.

The Trumpington
The Trumpington is situated at the far end of the house with three views; east, west and north to the pond and ceremony garden. It is dramatically decorated with navy walls, original artwork, inviting king bed and cherry furnishings. A recessed window seat is a nice tuckaway spot for reading. Nice bathroom with shower. Bedroom can easily accommodate an extra bed. Trumpington imparts a feeling of upscale country elegance.
