The Inn at Osprey Point in Rock Hall, MD has 15 rooms available year round. Each room is unique and individually decorated with contemporary amenities in a classic style. All rooms in the Inn building have queen or king sized four poster beds with modern private bath. The entire Farmhouse can be rented for private parties, or the three bedrooms can be rented individually.
Five new beautifully appointed rooms, overlooking the Bay, are now available to supplement our existing complement of Inn accommodations. The rooms are located on the second floor of the Annex, at Gratitude, our affiliated marina. |

Each room includes a continental plus breakfast. It includes bagels, English muffins, peanut butter, jelly, honey, yogurts, scones, pastries, fresh cut fruit, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, OJ, coffee, and teas. It also includes at least one of the following: scrambled eggs, quiche, frittata or French toast casserole.

Check In Policy: |
Check-in is anytime after 2:00 pm.
If you are arriving after 5:00 pm, an Inn late letter with your name and room name on the front will be hanging on the office door. The letter will tell you how to proceed to your room, what time breakfast is and also provides contact information if there are any questions or problems. The innkeeper is always on call. |

Check-out is at 11:00 am. |
Cancellation Policy: |
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for individual rooms. If the room is canceled inside of the 48 hours, a $50.00 charge will be assessed.
If a large group of rooms for the same event are canceled within two weeks of arrival date, a one night stay charge will be assessed for each room. |

Children 2 and older are charged $20.00 which can include a rollaway. Cribs are available for $15 per night. |

Deposit Policy: |
A credit card number is required to confirm a reservation.
If a large block of rooms are booked we may require a $1000 deposit by check or cash with the remaining balance to be charged at check-in.
