Check In Policy:
We guarantee the rooms to be ready by 3pm. You can arrive early and leave your bags if the room is not ready.
Check Out Policy:
Check out is 11am.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 prior to the arrival date are refunded the full amount less a $20 fee ($50 for the suites). Cancellations made within the 14 day window, we hold the deposit unless we can re-rent the room.
Children: Children Welcome
Children under the age of 14 not allowed to stay in main portion of Inn, but can stay in the 2 suites. Families staying with children under 10 in the suites do not receive breakfast with their reservation.

Deposit Policy:
We charge the full amount at time of reservation for 1 night stays. We charge 50% of the total stay if it is 2 or more nights. But we do charge the full amount if the reservation is made 30 days prior to arrival.

Smoking: No
Smoking is prohibited except in the courtyards. Guests found smoking in the Inn will be asked to leave, charged the full amount of their stay as well as a $250 fee due to lost revenue and to clean the areas that were smoked in.
