Built circa 1886 in the Queen Anne style, 30 Maryland Avenue embodies the grandeur of the Victorian Age. Lofty Twelve foot ceilings, large bay windows and spacious rooms are unique aspects of this stately home. Situated adjacent to the historic Chase-Lloyd House, across from the Hammond-Harwood Estate and in the shadow of the State Capitol.
