The Flag House Inn is a secluded Annapolis bed and breakfast in the perfect location to visit everything the city has to offer. The inn is only 1 block to the waterfront’s City Dock and USNA Visitor’s Gate 1. Also within 4 blocks you’ll find 15 historic museums and homes, 15 art galleries, plenty of fine dining restaurants and a number of antique shops, sailing excursions and boat tours.

We invite you to relax and enjoy one of our 4 guest rooms or the 2 room suite furnished with king or twin beds. Each room has cable TV along with your own private bath, with ac and ceiling fans. In the mornings a full hot breakfast is served in the guest dining room, to include fresh baked bread, muffins, or coffee cakes that are served daily. During the day you’re welcome to enjoy our guest library and read a book at the fireplace or go out on the porch to swing and watch the sights or just sit on the teak benches.
