Welcome to the Moses Webster House Bed and Breakfast in Vinalhaven, Maine a French Victorian home built in 1873 by granite magnate, Moses Webster. The inn caters to couples and families alike. After a day of exploring this Midcoast Maine island, parents can curl up in a quiet corner with a book while the children unwind in our Game Room with a selection from our video collection. This elite house boasts the splendor of the era, yet preserves the casual comfort of island lifestyle. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1998.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of Island reservations, one night's rent is charged as a cancellation fee on all confirmed reservations. In the rare event the ferry does not run, a refund voucher will be issued so that you can reschedule your visit without penalty.

Deposit Policy:
To confirm reservations we require a deposit in the amount of the first night's rent, plus 7% tax, via check payable to Payne Homestead at the above address, or via MC or Visa. Deposits are non-refundable.
