A leisurely 5 minute stroll into town will delight you with delectable restaurants, unique shops & galleries.
After an adventurous day of hiking, biking & shopping, return to the inn to sip your favorite wine and relax in front of your private en suite fireplace. Indulge with homemade goodies and an assortment of beverages from our 24 hour complimentary coffee bar, such as spiced chai and a triple chocolate almond biscotti along with the day's treats. Special extras such as fine cheese & cracker baskets, double dipped chocolate strawberries or homemade goodie platters are available upon request.

Check in is between the hours of 4pm - 6pm. Kindly let us know if you will be arriving later.
Due to the small window of time that we have to tend to the cleaning of the inn and guestrooms we are unable to offer early check ins. |
Check Out Policy: |
Check out is anytime leading up to 11:00am. Early checkouts are able to be arranged if necessary. Unable we are unable to offer late check outs. |
Cancellation Policy: |
For cancellations received 14 days or less before scheduled arrival date,the deposit is not refundable.If cancellation is received more than 14 days out,from arrival,deposit will be refunded minus a $35.00 processing fee per guestroom reserved per night.
For reservations or 2 guestrooms or more, cancellation must be received more than 21 days out from scheduled arrival date for deposit to be refunded minus the $35.00 processing fee.Cancellations received 21 days or less will not have the deposit refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for early departures or late arrivals.
Unfortunately, we do ot have any control over family situations, flight delays/cancellations, etc. If you have any concerns regarding your responsibility to us, we suggest looking into vacation insurance. |

Wonderful B&B with view of harbor: Clark Point Inn is a beautiful B&B just steps from the Cranberry Islands ferry and an easy walk to Southwest Harbor restaurants and a great lobster pier. Mark and Jennifer bought the business last year. They are great hosts, and the three-course breakfasts and chocolate truffles are delicious! Very accommodating! Six rooms with private baths.

Mark and Jennifer have created a wonderful and restful atmosphere for quests to come and relax. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and extremely clean. The three course breakfasts were wonderful combinations of savory, sugary,fruity and tasty with a flare in the presentation. Mark and Jennifer work hard to make each guest's stay special and complete. It is the personal touches that make this inn very special - from the homemade chocolates to the 24 hour beverage bar, to the afternoon treats - these are just a few of the items awaiting guests at the Clark Point Inn. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversity and we ordered chocolate dipped strawberries. Each strawberry was different - white chocolate, milk chocolate, chocolate swirl, nuts, and sprinkles were all on the tray to delight our eyes and our tastebuds. They not only looked beautiful, but they were delicious. We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to recommend the Clark Point Inn to our family and closest friends.
