The Inn at St John is located on the West End of Portland, 2.5 miles from the Portland International Jetport, 1.5 miles from the Old Port / Waterfront, 0.8 miles from the Portland Transportation Center, 0.5 miles from the arts district.

We provide three levels of lodging to ensure you have the best experience possible. Every one of the 39 rooms at the inn is unique in decoration, beautiful in Victorian elegance and includes numerous amenities making each stay relaxing and refreshing. Luxury and traditional rooms include private bathrooms and value rooms have a choice of private hall bathrooms or shared hall bathrooms. We also reimburse the cost of your cab fare from the Portland International Jetport and the Portland Transportation Center to the Inn (upon receipt).

Rates include: continental breakfast, parking, cable, wireless internet (wi-fi), data ports, lobby use computer, and air conditioning. DVD/VCR units available with $30 deposit. We are a completly smoke free property. Children under 12 stay free. Dogs welcome with a $10.70 per dog pet fee.

We offer a continental breakfast from 6:00AM - 10: 00AM. This includes english muffins, 2 different kinds of bagels, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, tea , hot chocolate, orange juice, and cranberry juice.

Guests may check-in to the Inn any time after 1pm.
Check Out Policy:
Check out is by 11am on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
The Inn at St. John has a 24hr / $15 cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled without 24 hour notice will not be refunded.
