Nestled in the quaint New England Village of Orland Maine you are fortunate to have discovered Orland House Bed & Breakfast. A lovely Greek revival home built in 1820; The Orland House was originally one of the Buck family homes. Inside you will find carved moldings, beautiful built-ins and large-planked floors. There are three beautiful rooms to choose from, the Narramissic Suite, the Pine Tree Suite and the Blueberry Room. Each room has a private bath and plush robes. The spa room with a hot tub and sauna are an added treat for guests.
A full breakfast is served each morning, to get off to a great start. There are a number of things to do in the area including swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and biking. Nature watching - Eagles, osprey, loons and seals. There area also antique shops nearby, there’s a Summer Theater, historical museums, and you can enjoy the beautiful fall foliage all around you. Also the Bangor Folk Festival, golfing, kayaking and canoeing. |
