The Atlantic Birches Inn an elegant yet casual Romantic, Historic Victorian Bed and Breakfast. The Inn is perfect for Small Weddings, Honeymoons, Vow Renewals, Anniversaries, Elopements, Marriage Proposal, Family Reunions, Ladies Weekends, Baby mooners, Vacations, Family Holiday Gatherings, and Weekend Getaways at the Beach.
Guests wake each morning to the scent of fresh home made muffins, part of the delicious continental breakfast awaiting you in our dining areas. Then enjoy relaxing watching TV, or reading a book in one of our elegant, comfortable living rooms or watch the world go by from our spacious front porches shaded by white birches or enjoy our Perennial gardens from our Gazebo.
The Inn is located on a quiet tree lined corner, quests can easily walk 1 minute to shops and restaurants and 2 minutes to the Pier, amusement area and 7 miles of beautiful white sandy beach. The yard offers a heated in-ground pool and a well-maintained lawn for badminton or croquet. |

Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. The balance of your deposit will be refunded provided you notify us 21 days before the date of your arrival. If less than 21 days notice is given, your deposit may be refunded if we are able to re-rent your room for the period reserved. There are no refunds on early departures.

A deposit must accompany all reservations. The first night of your stay must be paid for in advance in order to confirm your reservation. Reservations for 4 nights or longer require one-half the total as a deposit. Balance is due in full upon your arrival. Payment may be made by Cash, Travelers Check, Visa MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Personal checks are accepted as a deposit only.
