Policies
Check In Policy:
Check in is at 3 p.m. On the rare occasion when housekeeping of rooms is finished before 3 p.m., we will permit earlier check-in. If a room is unavailable for early check-in, guests may park in our lot and explore town until their room is ready.
Check Out Policy:
Check out is at 11 a.m. Requests for late check-out should be made as soon as the guest knows that this may be necessary. Late check-out cannot always be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a $25 processing charge for any cancellation. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before scheduled stay, then the deposit is refunded less the cancellation charge. For any cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled stay, the deposit (less cancellation fee) will be refunded only if the room(s) can be re-rented.
