Enjoy the large beamed livingroom with nine windows, providing spectacular harbor views and opening to a large deck. Depending on the weather and your preference, breakfast is served in the dining room or here on the deck overlooking the harbor. Comfortable chairs on the terraced lawn create an ideal setting for relaxation.

Other common areas include the dining room with its old brick fireplace and the second floor library - both with views of the Damariscotta river.

All 3 of our guestrooms are large and airy with private tiled baths, sitting areas, cable TV and phones. The two upstairs rooms also have fireplaces, river views, and private decks. The room rate provides a multi-course gourmet breakfast for guests staying at the Inn.
