Check in time is between 4pm and 8pm. Should you arrive earlier, you are welcome to enjoy facilities until your accomodation is ready. Late check in is by appointment only.

On the day of your departure, it is requested that you vacate your cottage no later than 12pm. If you wish to linger on into the afternoon, your luggage may be stored.

Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If, for any reason, you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least 30 days notice, less a $50 administrative fee. If you must make a last minute cancellation, we will return your payment as long as we are able to rent your cottage to another guest over the entire reserved period. We will make every effort to re-rent the cottage and return your payment. Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency or weather.

Full payment is due at the time of booking for stays of one or two nights. For longer stays, the deposit will be two nights, or half of the total reservation -- whichever is greater. Your deposit will be processed immediately upon booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within 30 days of your intended stay, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
