We have been visiting Capt. Jeffereds for the past 2 years. Previously stayed at a Hotel and road around and spotted Capt. Jefferd's and wanted to stay the next time we visited Kennebunkport. Well, we did and it is the friendliest, CLEANEST place I have ever been too. I even go barefoot! Every one is so pleasant they are like your family and your home away from home. I don't want to stay any place else. It is close to everything, village only 5 minutes away, restaurants everything within walking distance. It is just great and we love it and will always stay there. I don't think I will ever stay at a place that isn't on the Select Regisitry.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The room was nicely furnished and decorated. The staff went above and beyond other B&B's in their hospitality. Their breakfast was amazingly good and they accommodated our dietary needs. They even allowed us to bring in some outside food from local restaurants and set an elegant table for us to eat the food. We would return in a heart beat.

This is absolutely the best B&B we've ever stayed. Sarah and Erik are wonderful people. The inn was clean, very well maintained, the breakfasts and afternoon snacks was freshly made and superior. The accommodations are like being at home. It is in a great location, with great wlaking in town. We had the best of times here. We were sorry to leave, but we will be back soon.

This was our first trip to Maine. It was a gift from our children. We could not have been happier with our stay at the Captain Jefferds Inn. Sarah and Erik were gracious hostesses. Their staff, especially Steve, was both friendly and helpful. The inn and grounds were well maintained. We were within walking distance of the center of Kennebunkport and several restaurants. Afternoon snacks were delicious! We loved our room on the 3rd floor overlooking the grounds. We especially enjoyed our trip onto the Widow's Walk overseeing Kennebunkport! It was a wonderful long weekend.

The Captain Jefferds Inn Is a remarkable 18th century building situated on a nicely landscaped lot. We stayed in the Inn's smallest room, but were more than comfortable. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Nice additional touches as well from the high thread count sheets, to the ability to purchase a bottle of wine and great afternoon snacks.

Highly recommended - the inn and property were wonderfully decorated for Christmas. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The Adare sweet was elegant. Be sure to enjoy an afternoon tea by the fireplace.
Also, stop by the North Light Gallery on your 4 minute walk to Dock Square.
