Mainely Quilts Gift Shop
The former carriage house is now home of a well stocked quilt and gifts shop. You will find there locally created "fabric arts" from heirloom quality hand quilted quilts and wall hangings to antique and collectables. We have a great selection of local gifts and quilting fabrics and novelties.

Theodore Lyman Breakfast Room
The breakfast room is unchanged since it was built the year that George Washington was inaugurated, with a handsome fireplace used every morning. Signatures in the windowpanes were scratched with diamond rings by inhabitants between 1800 and 1850. A massive oak table seats all of our guests for a bountiful, three-course gourmet breakfast served between 8:30 and 9:30 with the menu changing daily.

The guests' parlor is a spacious, comfortable room with sofas and wing chairs. You're welcome to kick back and relax with a good book in front of the fire, watch cable TV, DVDs or enjoy a game of chess. Complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks, and snacks are available.

Quilters Retreats - Show And Tell
You are invited to the Inn’s QUILTERS Weekend Specials. Enjoy a weekend of honing your quilting skills in this historic Inn. The goal of the innkeepers is to give you a restful time nestled within their hospitality. The goal of your instructor, Kathy Lee, is to teach methods useful to the beginning through intermediate Quilter and give confidence and inspiration.

The Yellow Room
This lovely, romantic room is often chosen by honeymooners. The handsome pumpkin pine floor planks are 24" wide King Pine. Until 1776 trees of this girth belonged to the King of England for the masts of his ships.

This alternate room is ideal for small families traveling with children. It has a sleigh queen and two extra beds, private bath, Cable TV and AC. This room has meadow and flower garden views.

The Blue Room
This room is the handsome master bedroom featuring a queen size cast iron bed with handmade quilt, antique oak dresser, rocker, table, original folk art and sculpture, and a large working fireplace with a mantelpiece board of 32" wide pine, the largest known plank in the inn.

The Green Room
This is a sweet old-fashioned room with twin beds and homemade quilts, of course. The room features original folk art and sculpture, antique oak dresser, armoire and rocker, King Pine floors, private bath with shower and AC. This room looks out onto the lawn and flower gardens.
