We ask that check-in be after 3 pm to give us time to clean and prepare your room. We hold rooms so late arrivals are no problem. |
Check Out Policy: |
We ask that you check out of your room by 11 am so we may clean and prepare the room for the next guest. |
Cancellation Policy: |
With ten days or more notice, we can refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. With less than ten days notice, your deposit will not be refunded. |

We are happy to welcome families with children. We ask for a extra fee for any children 13 years and older if they are in addition to two adults. |
