We serve scrumptious complimentary breakfast with daily hot specials and an assortment of juices, coffee, teas, freshly baked goods, cereals, yogurt and homemade granola. Highly rated fine dining restaurant with fabulous views, open end of June through Columbus Day, Mon.-Sat., closed Sunday, reservations highly recommended.

Check In Policy:
Our check-in is a 3:00 PM. Our entrance locks at 11:00 PM, so please make arrangements with us if you are arriving late.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy:
We must receive notice from guests of any cancellation or change in number of rooms or nights reserved no later than 4 p.m., thirty calendar days prior to guest's arrival in order to receive a refund. Cancellations and changes are subject to a $ 30.00 fee. If notice is not received 30 calendar days prior to date of arrival, guest forfeits 100% of the deposit. If we are unable to resell you room(s) for the exact nights you reserved, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay.

Deposit Policy:
The deposit is equal to one night's lodging or 50% of a longer stay. Credit Card reservations are processed at the time of reservation and do guarantee payment in full for the exact number of nights you have reserved. We accept American Express, Visa, & Master Card. A minimum stay may apply to holidays or special events.

Pets Living At Inn: Yes
Our dog, Schotzi, is a miniature Schnauzer and loved by all of our guests. (Some guests have even taken her for walks!) She is hypoallergenic since she is a Schnauzer.
Smoking: No
The Greenville Inn is a smoke-free establishment. Additional charges will be assessed to those who wish to violate this rule.
