Only at the Lodge at Moosehead Lake can you get an authentic North woods experience in the laps of luxury. This country inn is a captivating hideaway that offers a AAA 4-diamond Maine Lake vacation. Surrounded by woods, fields, and stunning lake views, the lodge is an ultra-private, four-season luxury accommodation. Every room has been uniquely decorated to highlight the Moosehead Lake area. Hand-carved four poster beds are featured in many rooms along with stone fireplaces, jacuzzi-style tubs, twig furniture, custom fabrics and seating areas to relax or read that favorite book.
A multi-course breakfast is included with your rate. Dinner is served each evening from Mid-June through Columbus Day weekend in Mid-October in the Lakeview Dining Room. Up North Cuisine is featured and unique to the Lodge. All items are Ala Carte so you can eat as little or as much as you want. The Lodge signatures include Lobster Mac and Cheese, an indulgent creamy creation where lobster shells are cooked with the stock adding a deep, deep flavor to this dish and specially seasoned Buffalo Meatloaf topped with a roasted red pepper sauce.

Dinner: The Lodge has been all about experiencing the rustic style of the North woods in a sophisticated, warm and inviting environment. We have taken that same strategy to our food. This is something different. We want our visitors to experience Up North Cuisine at the Lodge, like they would experience fly fishing, canoeing, a Katahdin boat cruise or hike Mount Kineo. It is is a source of comfort - hot, hearty and filling; featuring local buffalo, blueberries, Peeky-toe crabs, fresh clam chowder, Lobster Mac & Cheese, stuffed trout and many more delicious items. It's all Ala Carte so eat as much as a little as you like.
Breakfast: Multi-course full service breakfast each morning. Experience hearty fare that's sure to prepare you for an active day. Enjoy German Apple Pancakes with cider reduction, Made to order omelets, fresh blueberry scones, fresh fruit everyday and more. Let us know about dietary requirements. We are here to please.

Cancellation Policy: |
Twenty-one days or more before arrival, a refund of the deposit less $50.00 administration fee per room will be credited directly to the guest's credit card.
Less than twenty-one days before arrival, deposit will be forfeited.
For cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or early departures, the deposit is forfeited, and if we are unable to resell unused nights, the credit card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
