Begin your day with Larry's hearty, full breakfast and casual conversation. After a memorable day of exploring the Maine coast return to the inn for a refreshing beverage and an afternoon treat. Relax in the cozy living room, the airy sun room or enjoy the fresh Maine air on the porches or patio. Our inn is a scenic drive to Rockland, Camden, Freeport, Portland, Pemaquid and other delightful Maine towns.

The Holbrook Suite
The elegant Holbrook Suite has a four poster king bed with beautiful linens and sitting area with a couch, TV/DVD, and gas fireplace with a large window overlooking the gardens and Linekin Bay. It features a bath with a claw-foot tub and glass enclosed shower. A private porch with wicker furniture and overflowing window boxes is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view.

The Holbrook Suite

The Linekin Loft
This unique room is comprised of two levels. From the romantic bedroom with its king bed, original pine board floors, and beautiful wallpaper, climb the stairs to the loft room with its dramatic views of the gardens and Linekin Bay. Relax in the overstuffed easy chairs in front of the Vermont style fireplace. This room also features a loveseat which turns into a single bed for a couple traveling with an older child or teenager.

The Crooked Chimney Room
The Crooked Chimney room features roses and vines painted on the wall by a Maine artist and a large bath. Our four guest rooms feature water views, en-suite baths, Vermont style stoves, air-conditioning, cable TV/DVD, wireless internet access and phones. Enjoy the inn's antiques, original pine board floors and moldings, and paintings by Maine artists.
